New Year’s Offerings

Choul Chnam Thmey or Khmer New Year is celebrated by lighting incense and making offerings in the form of flowers and food. A traditional celebration that takes place over 3 days in April, it coincides with the end of the harvesting season so that farmers can enjoy the fruits of their labour and relax before the rainy season begins.
